— President Donald J. Trump
Like so many in the Black community, President Trump is a God fearing American and a man of faith. He has fought for religious freedom and our rights to pray.
Herschel Walker was grew up in Georgia and was raised a Democrat. He played college football for the University of Georgia, earned All-American honors three times, winning the Heisman Trophy in 1982. He began his professional football career playing for the New Jersey Generals in the USFL, then subsequently played for the Dallas Cowboys, Minnesota Vikings, Philadelphia Eagles, and New York Giants in the NFL.
As a child, Walker has said that he was overweight and struggled with stuttering. Walker's mother taught him not to use these problems as excuses in life.
Civil rights attorney Leo Terrell, a staunch Democrat, sounds off and blasts the Democrats for 'letting cities burn' and for "destroying our American values." Adding that "letting criminals run rampant will haunt the Democrats for a long time."
Speaking in Atlanta, President Donald Trump doubled down on one of his most well-remembered comments on the campaign trail regarding the African American community.
In 2016, just 8% of black voters supported Donald Trump for President. Since then, the president has touted historically low African American unemployment as a reason he deserves the support of the African American community. To kick-start that support for his 2020 run, President Trump will launch the "Black Voices for Trump" coalition in Atlanta.

In October of 2018, hundreds of young conservatives of color met up in Washington, DC, for the first ever Young Black Leadership Summit: a four-day conference that featured speeches from conservative actress Stacey Dash and firebrand Candace Owens, a trip to the White House to hear Trump speak, and a rare chance for young, black Republicans to get together and network.
